1. 14-day return right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. For customers outside the EU, return conditions may vary.

To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused
in original condition
in original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is clearly used or damaged.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
refunds are issued within 14 days
refunds are made using the original payment method
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:
the item is defective
you received the wrong item
In such cases, we will cover the costs.
Important:
For international (non-EU) orders, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
6. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
the item has been used
the item is damaged not due to our fault
the item is hygiene-related or personalized (if applicable)
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours:

1. 14 dienų grąžinimo teisė
Jei esate vartotojas Europos Sąjungoje, turite teisę atsisakyti pirkimo sutarties per 14 dienų nuo prekės gavimo, nenurodydami priežasties. Ne ES klientams grąžinimo sąlygos gali skirtis.
2. Grąžinimo sąlygos
Kad prekė būtų tinkama grąžinti:
ji turi būti nenaudota
originalios būklės
originalioje pakuotėje (jei buvo)
Pasiliekame teisę nepriimti grąžinimo, jei prekė yra akivaizdžiai naudota ar sugadinta.
3. Kaip grąžinti prekę

Atsakysime su tolimesnėmis instrukcijomis.
4. Pinigų grąžinimas
Kai gausime ir patikrinsime grąžintą prekę:
pinigai bus grąžinti per 14 dienų
pinigai grąžinami tuo pačiu mokėjimo būdu
5. Grąžinimo išlaidos
Grąžinimo siuntimo išlaidas apmoka pirkėjas, nebent:
prekė yra brokuota
gavote neteisingą prekę
Tokiu atveju mes padengsime išlaidas.
Svarbu:
Tarptautinių (ne ES) grąžinimų siuntimo išlaidos nėra kompensuojamos.
6. Išimtys
Grąžinimas negalimas, jei:
prekė buvo naudota
prekė sugadinta ne dėl mūsų kaltės
prekė yra higieninė ar personalizuota (jei taikoma)
7. Sugadintos ar neteisingos prekės
Jei gavote brokuotą ar neteisingą prekę, susisiekite per 48 valandas nuo gavimo:
