1. 14-day return right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. For customers outside the EU, return conditions may vary.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused

• in original condition

• in original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is clearly used or damaged.

• the item you want to return

We will provide further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• refunds are issued within 14 days

• refunds are made using the original payment method

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:

• the item is defective

• you received the wrong item

In such cases, we will cover the costs.

Important:
For international (non-EU) orders, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

6. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted if:

• the item has been used

• the item is damaged not due to our fault

• the item is hygiene-related or personalized (if applicable)

7. Damaged or incorrect items
