1. 14-day return right
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused
in original condition
in original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is clearly used or damaged.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
refunds are issued within 14 days
refunds are made using the original payment method
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:
the item is defective
you received the wrong item
In such cases, we will cover the costs.
Important:
For international (non-EU) orders, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
6. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
the item has been used
the item is damaged not due to our fault
the item is hygiene-related or personalized (if applicable)
